DescriptionHi Willin,

We are proceeding Google xTS, some fail items are occurring.

[CTS / CTS on GSI]
Module : CtsAppTestCases
Test : android.app.cts.DownloadManagerTest#testDownloadManagerSupportsHttpsWithExternalWebServer
Fail details : java.lang.InterruptedException: Timeout waiting for IDs [5]; received []. Make sure you have WiFi or some other connectivity for this test.
    at android.app.cts.DownloadManagerTestBase$DownloadCompleteReceiver.waitForDownloadComplete(DownloadManagerTestBase.java:525)
    at android.app.cts.DownloadManagerTest.testDownloadManagerSupportsHttpsWithExternalWebServer(DownloadManagerTest.java:183)

When testing, the log on the set-top box side is as follows.

The same FAIL is occurring in the daily build tool (android-cts_12_20251205-14537984_arm64.zip).
Could you please review if there is anything you can check regarding this issue?

This issue is also occurring with other manufacturers, and they are currently contacting their 3PL.

Hi Hank,

1.Please confirm the device's network connectivity and HTTPS proxy status (test by accessing https://www.google.com within the device).
   => I can't test with command (wget, curl) because the command's are not support https.
        So I installed web browser and type "am start -a android.intent.action.VIEW -d "https://www.google.com", the browser shows google homepage.
2.Provide the executed commands and LOGCAT files.
    => Executed command : run cts -m CtsAppTestCases -t android.app.cts.DownloadManagerTest#testDownloadManagerSupportsHttpsWithExternalWebServer
          Logcat : testDownloadManagerSupportsHttpsWithExternalWebServer_logcat.txt

I also attached the result file of testDownloadManagerSupportsHttpsWithExternalWebServer

If there is anything missing, please let me know.
